It began with a finished LEGO set sitting on a shelf in the dark. Hours of building, all those tiny details — and once the sun went down, none of it could be seen.

So we started experimenting with tiny LED kits: pre-wired, easy to install, designed to fit specific sets without damaging a single brick. What started as a personal project quickly turned into something bigger when other builders asked where they could get one.

Today Bricktailing offers light kits for hundreds of LEGO sets — from sports cars to castles to botanical builds. Every kit is made to be simple enough for anyone to install, and good enough to make your build the centerpiece of the room.
